We are seeking to add a new Headhunter to our amazing team.
Highlights:
* Origin is a highly rated boutique recruitment firm focused on talent acquisition projects for top-tier greater Boston based companies of all sizes and in all industries - from pre-IPO technology & biotech start-ups to Fortune 500 conglomerates in all industries, to some of the most highly sought after investment firms (Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate) and top advisory + consulting firms in the world. We have also recently expanded into national level searches for our Fully Remote clients (marquee technology companies), adding a new dynamic & exponential upside into the business structure.
* Recruitment Focus Areas: Finance, Transformation, Investment Analysis, Taxation, Audit & Global Risk, Strategy, Advisory, Operational & Technical Accounting / Controllership, Compliance, Financial Reporting, Supply Chain / Procurement, Valuation, M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions), Compliance, Investment Operations and Investor Relations. We are also in initial phases of building out our Technology Recruitment practice.
* Compensation: Base Salary + competitive bonus structure (industry best) + healthcare benefits, perks (we do company trips to FL in the winters for example) and long-term incentives (Profit Sharing & Partnership Track).

* Day-to-day responsibilities of each headhunter vary greatly, but generally evolve around a big picture plan of forming new relationships with prospective candidates & companies, and then matching the 2 together for the right opportunity at the right time, while working in a collaborative team environment partnering internally to drive recruitment projects forward.
* Each recruitment projects involves a myriad of interesting conversations (interviews on candidate side, new opportunity intake calls with clients, references, interview preparation & strategy sessions, pitching opportunities to candidates, conducting searches for talent using our tools (too many to list), presenting qualified talent to hiring managers, business development, managing negotiations, debriefing, communicating swiftly and effective internally and with our outside business partners while staying very organized. Long-term success is driven by building long term referral networks simply through adding value, knowing the market, being professional & genuine in our approach. Thousands of various recruitment scenarios exist that we love navigating daily.
* Any new hire will undergo Origin's comprehensive shadow-mode training program, will be taken under the wing of team leadership, have full support of the team for professional development and be set up with an excellent technology tool stack. The onboarding & development plan is fully comprehensive with long-term success in mind.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree – required. Additional education and / or certifications are valued.

Compensation is set up on a "Draw Base" of around ~$50k-$60k annually + Monthly Bonuses (which are calculated based on each successful placement made, hence the upside is completely in your control)
