DB Charles Recruitment are hiring for a highly reputable brand in Witney that are looking to hire a new Assistant Store Manager that can aid in leading the store to success.
Day to day duties and aspects of the role will include:
* Assisting the store manager and stepping into store management responsibilities when required
* Delivering high level customer service
* Front of house facing, willing to be involved in the daily sales, operations and team management
* Upholding fantastic store visual standards
* Maximising sales opportunities
* Work towards and drive the team to hit all KPI's & targets
* Be aware of upselling and cross selling opportunities
* Drive & motivate the team to increase performance
* Promoting training and development
* Driving productivity
The client are seeking CV's with the following experience:
* Ideally holds a background within luxury, jewellery or watch retail
* Ideally a previous background working as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or someone who feels they are ready to take the new step into an assistant store management role
* A consultative retail background
* Experienced in 1-2-1 retail selling
* Experienced in managing KPIs and budgets to effectively run and improve store performance
* KPI & target driven
* Ability to deliver training and development
* Consistent
* Able to commit to a role with weekend working involved
The client is able to offer a salary of £29,000 per annum with many additional benefits & bonuses on offer.
