Deputy Service Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a Deputy Service Manager to join us in leading our residential service in Stone Cross. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Responsibilities include leading a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in daily life; developing and implementing person-centred support plans; conducting care needs assessments; recruiting and inducting new colleagues; completing supervision/appraisals; completing medication competencies and audits; attending multi-disciplinary meetings; completing reports; and assisting the Registered Manager in day-to-day service management. You’ll maintain a hands-on approach to care management and play a central role in team leadership.
You will also take part in the on-call rota (subject to service needs).

We’re looking for Deputy Service Managers with the right experience and values. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, as well as experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
