Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial operations and lead on all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Provide financial insight and analysis to support business planning and strategic decision-making
Work closely with department heads to gather forecasts and provide performance analysis
Report directly to the board, highlighting financial trends, opportunities, and potential risks
Play a key role in developing smarter systems, improved processes, and a more efficient financial structureRequirements:
Previous experience in a similar finance role within a business
A dynamic and hands-on approach, with the confidence to operate at both operational and strategic levels
Proven ability to streamline financial processes and implement new systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams and at board levelSalary & Benefits:
