Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Rate: £750 per day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)
Clearance: Right to Work in the UK
Role Overview
We are recruiting for an Offshore Telecoms Commissioning Engineer to join a global energy client on a major offshore wind farm project. The successful candidate will commission telecom systems including fibre optic networks, IT/OT infrastructure, VOIP phones, TETRA radio, and LTE systems.
Responsibilities
* Test and remediate fibre optic networks
* Patch and configure networks to project drawings
* Commission VOIP, TETRA, LTE systems
* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
* Support integration with LV power systems
* Produce commissioning records and reports
Essential Skills
* Offshore telecoms commissioning experience
* Fibre testing and remediation
* VOIP, LTE/TETRA systems
* Network hardware configuration
* Offshore experience (wind preferred)
* Valid offshore safety and medical certifications
* Full GWO's
