Your new role They have an exciting opportunity for a Dual Site Registered Manager to join their dynamic team, overseeing 2 of their care homes. This pivotal role ensures the safety, compliance, and well-being of both staff and service users. You will: Manage day-to-day operations across both sites. Lead, train, and supervise support staff. Uphold CQC requirements and company policies. Conduct audits and health and safety checks. Coordinate service user reviews and ensure care plans are up-to-date. Oversee medication administration and audits. Participate in out-of-hours on-call duties (rotational basis). What you'll need to succeed At least 2 years' experience as a CQC Registered Manager. Proven track record managing mental health care home settings. Strong knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using evidence-based approaches. Competence in risk assessment and management.
