Temporary Receptionist – Full Time (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday) We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our clients team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right person. About the Role You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring the smooth running of our reception and office support functions. Key Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls and directing queries efficiently. Processing customer orders accurately and promptly. Booking travel arrangements (mainly UK train journeys). Ordering stationery and PPE supplies. Preparing and organising teas, coffees, and refreshments. Providing general office support and liaising across all levels of the business. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner. Well-presented with a positive, “can-do” attitude. Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Previous reception or administration experience is desirable.
