What you will do
* Provide regular support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to care effectively for children, prioritizing their well‑being and development.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of foster carers, including Form F assessments, and carry out annual reviews to ensure continued suitability and compliance with regulations.
* Identify training needs and facilitate access to relevant training opportunities for foster carers, fostering their growth and development.
* Collaborate closely with other professionals, including social workers, education staff, and healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic and unified approach to each child’s care.
