💼 What You’ll Do

Help manage compliance checks for new candidates (DBS, ID, Right to Work, references, qualifications).

Keep systems up to date and ensure all documents are accurate.

Format CVs and help submit candidates to live job roles.
*
Support the team with admin and communication to keep everything running smoothly.
*
Take on more responsibility as you learn — with clear career progression.
