We have a unique career opportunity for an energetic Front of House Weekend Assistant / Barista who has a natural eye for detail, a minimum of 1 year's experience in hospitality, is Welsh-speaking, and who is organised and prepared to work both individually and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate must:
* Be dedicated to knowing our brand and product
* Ensure the products leaving our production are of the highest standard and quality
* Have excellent communication skills in both English and Welsh
* Have at least 1 year's experience in hospitality (ideally as a barista)
* Maintain and adhere to 5* Food Hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Safety qualification is desirable)
* Have the ability to commute reliably to work at Let Them See Cake in Cardiff (CF5 1BE)
* Conduct themselves in a professional manner
* Be able to handle high numbers of customers coming in every day
* Be a team player who is respectful and friendly towards other team members
* Be eager to learn and willing to work hard
