Job Description

WORKING WITH US

The founder and sponsor of the Harris Federation, Lord Harris of Peckham, opened our first school in 1990. Over the past thirty years, we have implemented ideas and initiatives that have transformed opportunities for pupils from working-class and disadvantaged backgrounds. Harris academies are widely recognized as a force for social mobility. We are proud of our alumni and believe our current pupils will achieve great things.

We now have over 50 schools educating more than 40,000 students across London and Essex, employing over 5,000 staff. Most of our academies are in high socioeconomic disadvantage areas, making high-quality education vital for our pupils' futures.

As an employer and educator, we value our staff and students, fostering a fair, equitable, and supportive environment. Our work impacts many, and our staff come from diverse backgrounds, united to inspire minds. We promote an inclusive culture that values everyone's contributions and are committed to uplifting all voices within Harris.
