Title – Sales/Lettings Negotiator
Hours – Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm and Saturdays on a rota basis
Salary – Dependant on Experience
Commission- Performance Related Bonus

We currently have a full time vacancy for a friendly, honest and reliable person with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail is essential, must have I.T experience and an ability to use initiative.
The ideal candidate would have at least 12 months recent experience in Estate Agency and would work well on their own and as part of a small team. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
Applicants must have a friendly, confident and professional telephone manner.

* Telephone Answering * Registering Applicants * Generating and Booking Viewings and Valuations * Maintaining the Window Display * Maintaining and Updating our Social Media * Production of Property Particulars * Keeping the Office Tidy and Well Presented * Diary Management * Actioning and Dealing with Emails * Scanning Documents, Filing and Photocopying * Conducting Viewings *
