This is not like working in an Office! Now we are looking compassionate and caring people (new or experienced) to join us as Care Workers in Sunderland.

• You’ll get learning and qualification support – we support you to get your Level 2/3 or even 5,
• Bank holidays are paid at x1.5, x2 or x3 (depending on which holiday it is),
• All the PPE you need as well as 3 uniforms.
What we’re looking for:…
• You do NOT need previous experience for this, you’ll be fully trained by us, we’ll train you on our systems, you’ll meet the team you’ll be working with and you’ll meet the people you’ll be supporting before you start,
• You Do need to be a kind and caring person,
• You Do need to be reliable and professional – someone we can all rely on,
• You Do need a car and a UK drivers license (we are community based).
