Description
* Own and develop strategic relationships with key regional accounts.
* Deliver sustainable growth through effective account planning, promotional strategies, and category insight.
* Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to meet commercial objectives.
* Negotiate trading terms, promotional plans, and joint business plans (JBPs).
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Profile
* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role within FMCG or consumer goods.
* Strong commercial acumen with a history of meeting sales targets.
* Confident negotiator experienced in managing top-tier accounts (grocery, convenience, discounters, wholesalers).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Based in or able to commute to the Midlands with flexibility for national travel and hybrid working.
