Working hours:
* 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
* Alternate Saturdays
* Full-time position
The successful Sales Negotiator role will be offered:
* Basic salary ranging from £24,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
* OTE £30,000- £35,000
* 22 holidays plus bank holidays
* Standard pension scheme
Sales Negotiator requirements:
* UK Driving License is essential
* Previous experience in sales within an estate agency - minimum of 1 year
* Committed to delivering top customer service
* The ability to work independently, as well as part of a wider team
* Strong communication skills
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
* Sales progression
* Book and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers with buyers and vendors
* Coordinate with buyers/vendors, solicitors, and the wider internal teamto facilitate smooth transactions
* Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
* Assist with valuations and property listings as and when required
