Working hours:
1. 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday
2. Alternate Saturdays
3. Full-time position
The successful Sales Negotiator role will be offered:
4. Basic salary ranging from £24,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
5. OTE £30,000- £35,000
6. 22 holidays plus bank holidays
7. Standard pension scheme
Sales Negotiator requirements:
8. UK Driving License is essential
9. Previous experience in sales within an estate agency - minimum of 1 year
10. Committed to delivering top customer service
11. The ability to work independently, as well as part of a wider team
12. Strong communication skills
As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
13. Sales progression
14. Book and conduct property viewings
15. Negotiate offers with buyers and vendors
16. Coordinate with buyers/vendors, solicitors, and the wider internal team to facilitate smooth transactions
17. Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
18. Assist with valuations and property listings as and when required
