Legal Secretary (Temporary)

* Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
* Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary for a short-term temporary position lasting approximately 1-2 weeks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in conveyancing and audio typing, ready to start immediately.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide administrative support to the legal team.
* Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
* Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
* Prepare court forms and statements.
* Perform audio typing and manage legal documentation.
* Assist in meeting preparations and minute-taking.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Legal Secretary.
* Experience in conveyancing and proficient in audio typing.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication and typing skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work with legal technology (case management software, etc.).
