About the JOB:
* Support in managing the online business in the UK and EU regions
* Create and manage new product listings on Amazon and Online shop including product details, images, keywors, and A+ content
* Drive sales, profit growth and market growth for the portfolios of personal care and beauty brands to optimize the sales revenue
* Prepare sales / performance reports for regular reviews
* Enhance the operations excellency to the achieve the sales targets
* Liaise with ad agency (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc) to develop content that enhance brand awareness and support sales performance
* Assist with keyword research and listing, optimization for ads and organic ranking
* Respond to customer inquiries professionally in timely manner
* Resolve issues related to seller accounts on Amazon
* Work closely with Supply Chain Management team and other business units to ensure the sufficiency inventory for daily and seasonal sales
* Evaluate promotion effectiveness and ensure the expenditure is spent in an efficient way
* Enhance the brand’s position to identify opportunities, drive awareness and enlarge margin
* Research category trends, provide market insights to support MD’s decision making
About YOU:
* Experience in online business management
* Passionate and Familiar with consumer goods industry
* Well understanding in customer’s needs and shopping habits in consumer goods sector
* Well analytical skills, Sales driven, ambitious, proactive and collaborative team player
* Proven track record of Sales and Account Management is a plus
