🔎 The Role
Working within a top-tier Commercial division, you’ll engage in a broad range of corporate and personal insolvency matters—both domestic and cross-border. Expect to tackle complex investigations involving fraud, tax evasion, and money laundering, as well as contentious insolvencies. You'll also advise insurers on technical insolvency issues across a range of challenging assignments.

📚 Key Requirements
* UK Qualified Solicitor
* 2+ pqe
* Strong understanding of insolvency law and procedures
* Experience managing insolvency cases as part of a collaborative team
* Organised, self-motivated and keen to take on increasing levels of responsibility
* Proven client engagement and business development experience
