Finance Lawyer, 5+ PQE, Cheshire, up to £50,000 DOE, hybrid role. The appointed Bridging Finance Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload of bridging finance and short-term lending transactions, efficiently handling high volumes while ensuring compliance and attention to detail. The firm offers excellent career progression opportunities and will introduce a bonus structure within the next 12 months. Remote working will be considered for lawyers with significant bridging experience.
\nFINANCE LAWYER:
\nResponsibilities will include drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, and ancillary documents, while providing strategic legal advice to lenders, brokers, and borrowers and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. The appointed lawyer will have at least 5 years’ PQE with an awareness of and exposure to bridging finance, even if limited. Commercial property experience is also beneficial. Remote working will be considered for candidates with significant bridging experience. You will be part of a fast growing team handling work for both lenders and buyers. The role involves advising on bridging transactions and related property matters. Experience with the LEAP case management system is required.
