In your role as an Activities Co-ordinator at HC-One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. As an Activities Co-ordinator, it will mean planning and implementing activities that delight our Residents. You will also help the Home Manager organize essential fundraising events. Whether you're encouraging Residents to socialise more effectively, developing new activity ideas based on their hobbies, or involving the care team, your approach will be rooted in kindness.

We are looking for someone with experience working with vulnerable individuals, ideally in developing activity programmes. Your positive energy, ability to connect with people, planning, organizational, and IT skills are essential. You should communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues. Safeguarding awareness is crucial; you must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues will receive safeguarding training relevant to their role.
