We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative, based in our Cannock office, working on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern.

What you’ll do:

6. Act as the principle point of contact for Aggreko’s customers

7. Manage all internal touchpoints during the lifecycle of the rental

8. Collaborate with the sales and Operations teams to ensure a successful customer experience

9. Meet the expectations and requirements of the customers

10. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, gaining their trust and respect

11. Handle incoming customers calls to address equipment, service or contract queries

12. Manage customer credit limits and payment expectations

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

13. Experience in a customer service or account management role is essential

14. Background in rentals, construction, or civils industries is beneficial

15. Experience using a CRM system (ideally Salesforce) is highly advantageous, but training can be provided

16. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to gather information from customers and offer suitable product and service solutions

17. Strong stakeholder relationship management skills

18. Collaborative working style across wider teams

19. Ability to solve problems and think outside the box
