Wills & Probate Paralegal - Mansfield A well-established and friendly law firm based in Mansfield is seeking an experienced and motivated Wills & Probate Paralegal to join its growing Private Client team.

Wills and Probate Paralegal - The Role You will assist fee earners and manage your own caseload of private client matters, including:
1. Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney
2. Assisting with probate and estate administration
3. Preparing inheritance tax and probate application forms
4. Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions, and third parties
5. Managing files from instruction through to completion
6. Maintaining accurate client records and compliance procedures
Wills and Probate Paralegal - Requirements The successful candidate will have:
7. Previous experience within Wills & Probate / Private Client law
8. Strong organisational and communication skills
9. Excellent attention to detail
10. The ability to manage workloads effectively and meet deadlines
11. A professional and compassionate approach to client care
12. Experience using case management systems would be advantageous
