We need the ability to work accurately and consistently with CRM data, reporting, and system configurations. Responsibilities: We manage and support the sales team operationally. We ensure the sales team has access to accurate customer and prospect data so they can engage effectively. We help drive pipeline progression and support the closing of opportunities. We act as the point of contact for HubSpot-related queries across the sales organisation. We provide training and troubleshooting support for HubSpot users. We maintain and support CRM data, reporting, and system configurations. We identify opportunities to improve sales processes through analysis of data and trends.
