About the role: Care Team Leader
As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee daily resident care, demonstrating compassion, care, and commitment to positively impacting their lives. You will work with a team of dedicated individuals and support the development of Care Assistants.
* Work collaboratively to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues
* Provide high-quality, personalized care in line with individual care plans
* Engage in leisure and social activities
* Be kind, supportive, and respectful to residents, families, and colleagues
Required skills
* Teamwork skills to foster a happy, effective team
* Care experience is essential; NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable
* Excellent communication skills and flexibility
* Genuine care and respect for older people and their needs
