The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 Basic (Depending on your experience).

The Work: Real Mechanical Engineering
We don't just "plug and play." We need a mechanic who wants to get their hands dirty and take pride in a job well done. You'll be handling:
* The Big Jobs: Clutches, cambelts, head gaskets, and timing chains.
* Diagnostics: Using your brain and the latest kit to identify and solve real faults.
* Variety: Working on everything from daily drivers to high-end specialist vehicles.
* Quality Control: Ensuring every vehicle leaves our workshop safer than it arrived.
Are You The One?
* Experience: 5+ years in a workshop environment (Level 3 or "Time-Served" expert).
* Skills: You must be 100% confident in clutches and cambelts. If you are a "heavy" specialist, you'll love it here.

* Licence: You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
