What We're Looking For
We are looking for a Brand Captain, an individual that understands the in's & out's of all branding, marketing, what is trending, relevant & will go viral in a 360 degree view.
This is not a safe copy and paste role, this is a Game Changer get your hands dirty type of role.

Working remotely within the UK leading the marketing team, this individual will focus on creating content for all platforms, maintaining brand relevancy and aligning the brand with our target market.
What You'd Be Doing In This Role
• Confidently owning campaign delivery from concept through to launch across all placements.
• Deliver & manage a planned brand marketing calendar schedule specific for each platform or placement.
• Create a brand creative plan for the how & what leading to successful creatives across all digital platforms.
• Brainstorm, brief and execute 360 degree media activities to ensure successful distribution.
• Concept, plan and activate events & activations that go beyond product into consumer lifestyle.
• Organise & manage projects to ensure all elements are planned, prepared and delivered whilst ensuring all involved are aware of their role.
• Utilise all opportunities to connect the brand with on trend social associations & relevant collaborations.
• Network with both industry and associated industries brands and businesses to boost brand profile and foster connections.
• Work with creators to ensure the brand is aligned with those best suited for the target market.
• Develop, propose, plan and implement creative (Rockstar like) ideas that effectively \"makes some noise\" connecting the brand to its target consumer.
Skills And Qualifications Needed To Get The Job Done
• Proven delivery of successful viral campaigns (if this is your first rodeo, it's likely you won't be for us)
• A proactive creative ideas & solution based mind set (copy & paste folks need not apply)
• Understanding & awareness of brand developments, trends and successes
• Strong ability to manage projects, including timeline tracking, stakeholder engagement and problem solving
• Exceeds at relationship development and teamwork
• Ability to write a strategic & creative briefs from a blank page
• Strong understanding of and interest in the hair & eccomerce industry with extensive knowledge of trends occurring in other industries such as fashion
