What You’ll Do
* LMS Administration: Oversee daily LMS operations, including course management, content uploads, and troubleshooting.
* Regional Education Support: Coordinate tailored learning solutions to meet regional needs and assist in planning and executing global educational initiatives.
* E‑Learning Development: Design and develop interactive, creative online courses using adult learning principles and modern instructional design techniques.
* Content Creation: Produce presentations, quizzes, videos, and infographics for both digital and in‑person training.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the Education Program Manager and Global Prosthetics Academy Team to align learning materials with strategic goals.
* Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Travel: Provide onsite support for educational events and training sessions (up to 20% travel).
What You Bring
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in (para)medical, Marketing, Graphic Design, Education, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in educational support, instructional design, or learning & development, ideally in a corporate, medical, or technical setting.
Skills
* Proficiency in LMS administration and reporting.
* Knowledge of e‑learning authoring tools (e.g., iSpring, Articulate, Captivate) and basic video editing.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Service‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
* Nice to Have: Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards, experience with multilingual content and translation coordination.
