SWACA is a charity that has been supporting adults, children and young people who have experienced domestic violence and abuse in Sefton since 1974. We are looking for a Chief Executive Officer to provide dynamic, strategic leadership and direction, ensuring the organisation effectively supports survivors and works towards ending domestic violence and abuse.
Responsibilities
* Shape the charity’s vision and oversee high‑quality, research and trauma‑informed service delivery.
* Drive impact, innovation and operational excellence across all services.
* Manage financial sustainability, fundraising and resource allocation.
* Advocate for survivors and represent the charity to stakeholders, partners and the wider community.
* Build partnerships, raise the charity’s profile and ensure impact is realised for both adult and child survivors.
* Lead organisational transformation and improvement through collaboration and mature partnership working.
