They are now looking for a Vehicle Paint Sprayer / Technician for their Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Witney, Oxfordshire

About the role
About the Job
As an Painter/prepper, working on super luxury vehicles, you will be responsible for:
4. -Running our spray booth
5. -Checking that the vehicle has been masked and prepared to the required standard
6. -Mixing and matching colours
7. -Checking the painted job is acceptable to refit
8. -You will carry out high volume repairs carried out to the BSI PAS 10125 standards.
Monday to Friday
£40,000-£50,000 OTE per annum based on experience
7:30am-5:00pm
About you
About You
-If you are a highly skilled painter / prepper who is consistently outstanding and consistently overachieves in your role by displaying professional, conscientious, organised, committed to excellence, exceptional attention to detail and customer focused, then come and work for our client.
-Ideal candidates will be ATA or Level 3 qualified in Paint but our client can also consider Time Served Painters.
You must be able to:
9. -Plan your workload effectively to ensure vehicles are ready to agreed timescales
10. -Work skillfully and safely under pressure
11. -Carry out work in accordance with manufacturers specification
12. -Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
13. -Be flexible in your approach
14. -Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind.
15. -You will ensure that all tasks carried out follow our Health and Safety guidelines; for example, wearing all provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
