This is an ideal role for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a background in accounts or financial administration. 25 days holiday 8 bank holidays Free onsite parking Close to public transport links Pension Scheme The Role Process and manage incoming and outgoing invoices accurately and efficiently Handle weekly and monthly timesheet entries for staff and clients Perform data entry and update financial records using accounting software and MS Excel Liaise with clients and team members regarding billing and payment queries Provide general administrative support to the accounts and payroll teams Updating and maintaining new and existing client information The Person Previous experience in a similar accounts admin or finance support role Proficiency with accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage) and Excel Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills Experience within an accountancy practice would be an advantage
