Senior Delivery Consultant for Interim Leadership at GatenbySanderson
Interim Head of Homes and Communities
Sector: Social Housing
Salary: £700 a day inside IR35
Start Date: September
Contract: 6-month contract
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week from the London office
We are working closely with a housing association based in London, to recruit an Interim Head of Homes and Communities.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this head of service role will provide leadership across neighbourhood and management services, ensuring that services meet statutory and regulatory requirements to achieve the highest possible standards of service delivery.
The ideal candidate:
* Must have previous experience at a Head of level in a social housing provider. Including housing, estate management, resident engagement and community functions.
* You will be customer-focused and have proven ability to deliver outstanding housing management and customer service.
* Experience presenting reports to the SLT, the Board and Tenant and Resident Associations
