We are seeking a Food Technology Teacher to join a fantastic secondary school in Lincolnshire for a short-term contract from April 2025 to July 2025. This is a great opportunity to work with a dedicated team of educators in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging Food Technology lessons to secondary students.
2. Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to ensure student progress.
3. Implement health and safety regulations in a practical teaching environment.
4. Encourage creativity and practical skills in food preparation and nutrition.
5. Provide support and guidance to students, ensuring a positive learning experience.
Requirements:
6. QTS is desirable but not essential – experienced instructors are encouraged to apply.
7. Experience in teaching Food Technology at the secondary level.
8. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
9. Understanding of health and safety requirements in a food tech setting.
