You’ll play a key role in shaping the organisation’s financial direction, supporting operational decision-making, and ensuring robust financial control. The RoleAs Head of Finance, you will take ownership of the finance function, working closely with senior leadership to provide insight and drive performance. Key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing the day-to-day finance operations Producing timely and accurate management accounts and financial reporting Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Providing detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and controls Partnering with operational teams to improve financial understanding across the business Supporting ongoing growth and improvement initiatives About YouWe’re looking for someone who is both technically strong and commercially aware, with the ability to operate in a hands-on leadership role.
