We are looking for an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team. Someone who cares about the whole experience from start to finish would be ideally suited to this role.
The contract is 39 hours (5 out of 7 days) per week, which will include working weekends as part of the management rota.
Supporting the Catering Operations Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the coffee shop in their absence
You will be responsible for:
· Training, supervising and managing Front of House/Dishwash staff, and ensuring a consistent high level of customer service is maintained at all times
· Responding proactively to prevent and resolve customer complaints
· Taking responsibility for the operation in the absence of the Catering Operations Manager.
· Completing staff rotas to ensure there is sufficient resources in place to meet the needs of the business
· Ensuring the operation is always compliant with all statutory requirements e.g., H&S and Food Hygiene.
· Maintaining good housekeeping standards across all departments

At least 2 years' experience in a similar catering role is required for this position.
