The Role As Head of Sales, you will take ownership of revenue growth across all sales channels, developing and executing a clear, cohesive sales strategy aligned with brand values and customer experience. This role goes beyond pure sales leadership you will play a key role in influencing brand presence, customer engagement and commercial performance, working closely with marketing, operations and senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead and drive revenue growth across e-commerce, offline retail and trade sales channels
Develop and deliver a robust sales strategy aligned to business objectives and brand vision
Build, mentor and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture
Ensure an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, both online and in-store
Identify, secure and develop new commercial opportunities, partnerships and wholesale accounts
Use data, insight and performance metrics to monitor results, identify trends and optimise sales activity
Work cross-functionally to ensure sales initiatives are aligned with marketing, product and operational delivery
About You Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within interiors, furniture or a luxury lifestyle environment
A strong track record of delivering growth across both digital and physical sales channels
Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop and retain high-performing teams
Strong commercial acumen with a data-led approach to decision making
