A specialist SEN school in Rugby is looking for dedicated, patient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join both their Primary and Secondary sites.

About the role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
6. Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or within small groups
7. Assist with personalised learning plans
8. Promote independence, emotional regulation and positive engagement
9. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
10. Assist with personal care where appropriate

11. Proven experience in care, support work, education, SEN or behaviour support
12. Confidence supporting pupils with a range ofplex needs
13. Patient, resilient and calm under pressure
14. Strongmunication skills and a team-focused approach
15. A genuine passion for helping young people progress
