Vibe Recruit are currently looking for experienced Machine Operators to join a well-established manufacturing site based in Brislington, Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous machine operating or production experience who are looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
Set up and monitor machines to ensure product quality and consistency
Carry out routine checks and adjustments to maintain smooth production flow
Follow all site health & safety procedures
Work as part of a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced environmentThe Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience as a Machine Operator (die cutting, laminating, or paper mounting experience beneficial)
Good attention to detail and quality standards
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Willing to learn and develop within a growing businessWhat We Offer:
£14.00 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
