Minimum qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
* 8 years of experience with defining and delivering software platforms and features on consumer products or services, across operating systems and applications.
* 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

* 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
* 4 years of experience in roles preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
* 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
* 3 years of people management experience with direct reports and technical leadership.
* Experience working in a matrixed, distributed organization.

Responsibilities

* Define product goals and roadmaps, aligning with overall business objectives. Prioritize features based on user needs and impact.
* Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business teams to define requirements, user stories, and flows, ensuring a user-centric approach.
* Monitor key metrics and gather user feedback to analyze performance and identify improvements.
* Build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally. Communicate goals, roadmaps, and progress effectively.
* Lead product launches, maintenance, and retirement in collaboration with teams, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal policies.
