Benefits 22 days holiday, plus bank holidays, increasing with service Life Assurance and Income Protection schemes Employee Assistant Programme Health and Wellbeing benefits What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Insurance Advisor: Providing Customers with Insurance advice, options and policies that fit their needs Work collaboratively with the wider team to maximise business opportunities for the group Develop and nurture existing client base Required Skills and Qualifications of the Insurance Advisor: Previous experience working in a people business is desirable be it sales, hospitality or customer service Excellent communication and relationship building skills Strong Maths and English skills An interest in gaining an industry recognised and company sponsored Insurance qualification (CII) My client is offering an annual salary of £26,000 – £30,000 for this permanent role, depending on experience.
