Demolition Site Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within the demolition industry.
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and procedures relevant to demolition works.
Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate site teams effectively.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel Nationwide when needed
Black or gold CCDO card
3 day 1st aid
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with health & safety standards.
Manage and allocate resources, including equipment and personnel, to optimise productivity.
Maintain and produce accurate project documentation, reports, and safety records for clients and internal use
