We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team at our hairdressing salon in Lancaster. The ideal candidate will have qualifications and extensive experience in hairdressing, beauty therapy and the needs of our clients
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
* Identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
* Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Manage our in store product selection and display, showcasing our products and services.
* Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to inform future development.
* Purchasing and inventory management
Qualifications
* Proven experience in hair and beauty salon sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Qualifications and experience with Afro hair cutting, styling, dressing and products is essential
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Managing client relationships effectively and with compassion and understanding.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in one or more African languages is desirable to support our client base.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and drive.
* Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: £41,700.00 per year
