Job Description
As Sales Support your responsibilities will include:
* Support with the conversion of warm leads & repeat customer orders
* Process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
* Maintain and update customer records in the company database.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and work flow.
* Prepare and distribute invoices, quotes, and sales-related documents.
* Respond to customer queries and provide information as needed.
* Monitor stock levels and liaise with the warehouse team to manage inventory.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks to help achieve targets.
* Assist in preparing reports on sales performance and customer activity.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Support should have:
* Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within a similar sector.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using office software, including databases and spreadsheets.
