What You’ll Need
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) – essential
* Experience in a nursery or early years setting, ideally as a room
* Sound understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles
* Warm, approachable, and inclusive leadership style
* Passion for supporting children’s growth, learning, and wellbeing
What You’ll Do
* Oversee the daily running of the nursery room, ensuring smooth routines and high-quality care
* Plan and deliver stimulating, developmentally appropriate activities for children

* Monitor children’s progress, maintaining accurate records in line with EYFS requirements
* Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and management
