We have an exciting opportunity for a Rugby Programmes Manager to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at the Brooksby College and Loughborough College.
Loughborough College Elite Sport is a highly successful department with over 2,000 learners, offering a wide range of provision up to L3 qualifications and working nationally with funded programmes that include study programmes, apprenticeships, international, adult programmes and the Diploma in Sporting Excellence.
Working across the Loughborough and Brooksby sites, the Rugby Programmes Manager will lead the College’s rugby programmes for both men’s and women’s teams across a range of levels, collaborating with cross‑college departments such as curriculum teams, accommodation services and student welfare services.
Responsibilities
* Working with partners and clubs to design, develop, and deliver rugby programmes that ensure a high‑quality dual‑career experience, both on and off the field.
* Leading recruitment strategies, player pathways, progression routes, and developing an effective quality assurance programme.
Qualifications
* Significant rugby coaching/leadership experience and experience of working in dual‑career or talent‑pathways.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* The ability to work effectively in a large cross‑curricular team and meet deadlines.
* An up‑to‑date or valid driver’s licence is essential; access to a vehicle is desirable as the role will involve off‑site working.
