Role Overview: Our teams are growing, and we are looking to hire a Project Coordinator to join our Services Team based in Brighouse where you will support the successful delivery of the Green Homes project. You will play a pivotal role providing project and administrative support to the project along with providing excellent customer/client focus across multiple site contracts. What will you be doing? Be part of, and support, the central point of communication for queries related to the project, whilst liaising with the Operations Director, Project Manager, and all Site Staff (including Sub-Contractors) where appropriate. Have a clear understanding of the day-to-day basis of the project, as well as the tasks assigned to ensure the smooth running of the project from an administration perspective. Focus on customer engagement and service, ensuring the successful delivery of the project. Respond, log, and track any customer complaints ensuring a successful outcome is reached. Assists with producing quotes for Green Homes applications. Liaising with field-based teams daily to ensure job allocation and completion, as well as notification of signs off on the client database to provide completion packs. What Should You Have? Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to influence others and be able to convey technically challenging information through a variety of platforms including presentations, written reports, diagrams, and graphics. Ability to solve problems and resolve any conflicts that may arise. Demonstrate a high level of commitment and flexibility to deliver projects within budget & timeframe. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to prioritize work to deliver successful outcomes.
