Job Summary Introba UK is hiring for an Associate, Fire Engineer This ideal leader will be responsible for building & overseeing their own Project Design Team Responsibilities & Qualifications Reporting to: Senior Principal Career Level: Management / Leadership Job Summary: Works with the Leadership Team to control and coordinate business development, sales/marketing, team targets, team personnel, technical design and related activities Develops, establishes, and administers procedures and systems pertaining to team management matters Prepares workload, sales forecasts and team resources/schedule for administrative and managerial functions Serves as the principle liaison with selected clients or major projects Upholds and maintains Introba's design standards and will be responsible for engineering, specifications, documentation, standardization, quality assurance, cost and value analysis and the broader aspects of building services (plus role of Managing Consultant as required) Skills and Qualifications: Extensive knowledge in fire engineering design and the various Regulations / British Standards Experience of CFD / zone modelling Able to write and review reports Capable of leading and participating in qualitative design reviews (QDR) Able to undertake site inspections and risk assessments Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff Active Listener Communication and coaching skills Project management experience Demonstrated leadership abilities Upholds, lives, and delivers the core values of the company Professional Engineer (i.e. CEng) LIHybrid Additional Information Our operations are governed by three principles; trust, nurture and inspire, with our global mission being summarised by four goals: imagine, perform, accelerate, and sustain.
