We are working in partnership with a mixed secondary school and sixth form in Hereford to recruit an experienced Exams Manager for an immediate start. This is a full‑time temporary role in the first instance, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining the school's exams administration systems
* Coordinating internal and external examinations in line with JCQ regulations
* Preparing exam timetables, seating plans, and documentation
* Analysing, tracking, and producing exam‑related reports
* Administering and organising all aspects of exam and assessment data
* Liaising with exam boards, senior leaders, staff, and invigilators
Requirements
* 2-3 years' recent experience as an Exams Manager in a UK secondary school
* Strong knowledge of exams administration and compliance
* BROMCOM experience is essential
* Highly organised, detail‑focused, and calm under pressure
* Confident managing multiple deadlines during busy exam periods
