Overview
As a Food Service Assistant for Sodexo at Thamesview School, Thong Lane, Gravesend, DA12 4LF, you will contribute towards the smooth running of a fast-paced food and beverage operation. You will be responsible for showcasing what the kitchen supplies, presenting it in the most eye-catching way possible, and ensuring we offer the best service possible. Responsibilities
* Prepare delicious meals for our school team and pupils.
* Keep the kitchen and serving areas stocked, clean, and hygienic at all times.
* Support the loading and unloading of supply and delivery vehicles.
* Observe food handling and hygiene regulations.
* Follow health and safety guidelines.
* Ensure that all machines and equipment are operated correctly.
* Always uphold the reputation of the company.
* A great sense of teamwork.
* A dedicated and orderly approach.
* The ability to prioritize your work, handle pressure, and communicate well at all levels.
* Impeccable punctuality and dependability.
* Experience in a similar environment (helpful but not a deal breaker).
