ABOUT THE ROLE
1. General management of Estimating Team;
2. Monitor enquiries within the company and speaking directly with customers and end users
3. Prepare quotations which incorporate pressing, fabrication, machining and subcontract work
4. Work from customer drawings to produce detailed quotations
5. Produce accurate and detailed manufacturing cost estimates generated from detailed client manufacturing drawings
6. Attend in-house project meetings when necessary, to enable the successful and cost-effective running of enquiries
7. Be mindful of deadlines and achieve where possible and keep all involved informed of delays
ABOUT YOU
8. Highly literate and numerate, commercially astute
9. Confidence to deal with decision makers and customers directly
10. Proficient in using CRM and CAD software and other sales tools
11. A flexible approach to be able to adapt to changing and challenging requirements
12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
13. Ability to remain focused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others
14. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate innovative concepts and ideas

15. Monday-Thursday 0800-1700
16. Friday 0800-1600
