Are you an inspirational and ambitious leader ready for an exciting challenge?

We are seeking a visionary and determined Headteacher to accelerate Corfe Hills School's progress through the next stage of our ambitious development journey.

This leader will benefit from strong community partnerships, which have been further strengthened by joining Initio Learning Trust in October 2024.

Competitive annual salary: £108,202 - £119,350 (Leadership pay scale L31- L35)

This job is full time and is offered on a permanent basis.

Start date: 1 September 2026

Corfe Hills is an ambitious and high performing school where every student is known and supported to succeed. The school has been on a significant and ambitious improvement journey over the last four years as can be seen by our excellent outcomes. Teaching and Learning

Teaching and Learning is at the heart of all that we do and our personalised professional development programme is centred around our Principles of Teaching that have been shaped by research from, among others, Barak Rosenshine, John Hattie and Doug Lemov. We also follow a lesson structure shaped around these principles that liberates and enables students to Learn to the Max every lesson. We are committed to regular developmental lesson visits and coaching conversations as part of our shared commitment to developing as practitioners.
